# Shipping Policy

## Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or bank holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

## UK Delivery

- **Standard Delivery (Royal Mail):** 3–5 business days — £3.99
- **Free Standard Delivery** on all orders over £35

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to carrier delays.

## Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package on the Royal Mail website.

## Missed Deliveries

If you miss a delivery, our courier will leave a card with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from your local depot.

## Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@normist-official.com within 21 days of your expected delivery date and we will investigate.

## Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please take photographs and contact us at info@normist-official.com within 7 days of delivery.
