Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your NORMIS purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item in its original, unworn condition with the original packaging.

How to Return

1. Email us at info@normist-official.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a return authorisation and instructions
3. Send the item back — return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we'll cover all return costs and send a replacement or full refund immediately.

Free Size Exchange

We offer one free size exchange per order. Contact us and we'll arrange it at no extra cost.

Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
